There’s no part of the house that’s more on display than the front of it, and what’s the owners will be coming home to at the end of each day.
Applying exterior paint is different than interior painting, and that’s true of both the materials and what’s required of the painters in the way of equipment and know-how. It tends to be a more labour-intensive process. Exterior house painting is also one where there needs to be a very clear understanding between the property owner and the painters about how detailing like trims, sills, and other components are to be done.
